Boston Dynamics / SpotMini robot, autonomously navigates specified route in 6 minutes


Before the test, the robot is manually driven through the space building a map of spaces using visual data from cameras mounted on the front, back and sides of the robot.

During the travel SpotMini uses datas to localize itself in the map and to detect and avoid obstacles.

When the operator presses ‘GO’, the robot put on mode autonomous on its own.
