The Scorpion-3 motorcycle is a high-tech aircraft based on a quadcopter. It is an electric propulsion vehicle that combines a motorcycle seat with quadrocopters drone technology that gives us agility, speed and stability of flight.

Scorpion-3, has been created by the Russian company Hoversurf. Its premiere took place at the GITEX technology fair, which was held in Dubai between October 8 and 12.

The high temperatures and desert dunes are huge efforts for police vehicles in Dubai. Scorpion-3 may be very useful for such adverse terrain.

Scorpion-3 is perceived at first glance as an instrument of extreme sports, however its potential for transport in the future is very evident.

Born as a Scorpion-3 crowfunding project, it is part of a series of projects that include Jetpack by Malloy, Aerofex, A. Duru, E-Hang, Bye Gravity, E-volo.

The aircraft has been designed for extreme conditions and uses internal custom software for total manual and automatic control.

The design of the Scorpion-3 platform has been inspired by the chassis of heavy-duty sports utility motorcycles and the concept was combined with flying qualities that provide speed and maneuverability.

The machine basically navigates through the air changing altitude and direction.
Scorpion-3 is equipped with a security system with state-of-the-art flight controllers, special logic programming and passive elements with computer-aided speed and altitude limitation.

It can be piloted or controlled as a quadcopter from its own control panel remotely up to a distance of 6 km.

The maximum load of the vehicle is 150 kilograms and its battery allows a flight of approx. 30 minutes at an average speed of 70 kilometers per hour.

It can support a load of up to 300 kg of weight.

Its price will be around 70,000 euros.
